Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free Shipping all over India.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 6-9 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, or high order volumes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at trenzzy.business@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
